I do not have a Snider Die or a large enough press to screw it into.  A .577 minie ball fits in the muzzle so I don't think I have the 4th rifle.  I live in SW Baltimore County, MD 21228 near UMBC....

The 24ga brass is very tough. It definitely requires annealing. If you email me your address, I'll send you some 24 ga plastic shells that might solve your problem.
